We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Once your gift set has left our warehouse, delivery typically takes 2 working days with our standard UK delivery service. You’ll receive an email notification once your parcel is on its way.

Yes - once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

We currently offer fast UK delivery as standard. While we don’t yet offer guaranteed next day delivery, most orders arrive within 2–4 working days. We’re working on expanding our delivery options soon!

We offer affordable UK delivery on all orders. You’ll see your exact delivery cost at checkout. We also offer free delivery promotions throughout the year, so keep an eye on our homepage.

We hope you love your Kimm & Miller gift, but if something’s not quite right, you can return it within 28 days of receipt. Please note that food items must be returned unopened and in their original condition. For more info, visit our T&C's page.

Oh no - we’re really sorry about that! Please get in touch with our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll put things right as quickly as possible. Please include a photo if possible to help us resolve the issue for you more quickly.

Absolutely! Just pop in the recipient’s name and address at checkout. All of our gifts are securely packaged and make great surprises delivered straight to their door.

All of our gift sets are designed in-house by the Kimm & Miller design team at our UK-based Bedford office. From ceramic mugs and novelty gifts to gourmet food gifts and more, every product is carefully crafted with creativity and customer satisfaction in mind.

Some of our gift sets are suitable for vegetarians and/or vegans, but not all. You’ll find full ingredients and allergen information listed in the dropdown section of each product page, so you can double-check our product is suitable before purchasing.

Some of our ceramic mugs, bowls, and teapots are microwave and dishwasher safe, but not all (especially where metallic foils are used). Check the dropdown section of each product page for specific care guidance.

All of our gift sets are designed in the UK by our Bedford-based team. Many of our products are then produced by trusted manufacturing partners we work with overseas. This includes our own factory in Shenzhen, China. All of our overseas partners are BRC and SA8000 certified, so you can trust that our products meet high standards of quality and ethical production. We’re always working to make our gift sets more sustainable, continuously innovating our packaging to reduce material usage, improve recyclability, and support responsible sourcing, with a growing emphasis on traceability across the supply chain. Wherever possible, we minimise unnecessary packaging, reduce single-use plastics, and use recyclable or reusable materials. Since 2010, we've achieved an 82.52% reduction in total plastic usage. Many of our products (like the glass jars we use in our sauce and spice kits) are also designed to be reused or repurposed. Kimm & Miller are committed to transparent reporting, continuous improvement, and collaborative action in the pursuit of a more sustainable and resilient future.

First our teams will complete extensive trend research, before we go to the next stage and begin to sample hardware and food for our gift sets. For any food contents planned for our gift sets, we undertake lots of recipe development in our office, with each product going through multiple rounds of food tastings in the office, whether it's chilli sauce, coffee syrup, or a make-your-own cake set. We all enjoy this stage very much - particularly when it comes to developing new cake and biscuit recipes!
